Above left the walking track heads under the Melbourne Sydney railway line at a small bridge, and above centre is another aboriginal display and story re cooking.

There is an " aboriginal BBQ " in the foreground, and the instructions are on the orange board. On the far right you have to look out for young cattle, who sometimes block the path, especially around the cattle gates.

After crossing the small bridge you head towards the Hume Highway and travel next to the gravel road which comes from the Historic Railway Bridge. A little further down this path you will see signs to the Bird Hide, a walk of approximately 250 metres through forest. Above centre you can see the wooden bridges along the bird hide walk designed to keep you dry when the rivers are high.

The photo on the right shows the River Bike Track going under the Hume Highway and meeting up with the Lincoln Causeway Bike Path.

From here you may turn right and pedal back to the start, which will make a complete circuit of 4.9 Km.

Or you may turn left and join the Lincoln Causeway Track to Sumpsion Gardens, or to the  Wodonga Station, or all the way to Willow Park.
