All the nuts are kiln dried to assist in their preservation.

Mixed Nuts, Pickled Walnuts, "Ligo", Preserves, Relish, Cakes ( nut loaf ), slices and panforte.
Macadamia Nuts come in 5 flavoured packets.
Plain Raw, Dry Roasted and Salted, Honey Roast, Barbeque and Chili.
Frozen Raspberries and Blackberries.
Fresh Apples, Pears and local Honey.

The chestnuts ripen and fall off the tree. The pickers then must separate the prickly outer covering from the kernels. In the photo above a boot is used to push back the outer covering showing the chestnuts inside.
