At Kismet Riverside Lodge we have a special bond with our annuals. They form part of our larger park family. So at Kismet Riverside Lodge we wish to increase the number of people who make our Lodge their holiday home, so as to increase the circle of these special holiday people.
What is an Annual?
At Kismet Riverside Lodge we regard an annual as one of our regular customers who does one of two things.
Leaves their caravan permanently attached to a site at Kismet Riverside Lodge. Must build own annex and bathroom facilities - shower and toilet. Can only use their permanent site 78 days per year. The primary couple have "free accommodation" for those 78 days. For extra persons accommodation charges apply.
Annual Fee $1400
Brings or Builds their Relocatable Home or Cabin on a permanent site. Attaches to Kismet's plumbing, electricity, water and sewerage. Can only use their permanent site 78 days per year. The primary couple have "free accommodation" for those 78 days. For extra persons accommodation charges apply.
Annual Fee $1400

We prefer you to contact us by phone, as there is usually someone near the phones at all times. We are quite happy to receive your phone calls whether you are enquiring or looking to book, and we know that we can answer your questions immediately.
Please note we do not have email facilities at Kismet, so your email requests go to a third person, who then phones us, and we then phone you. This process may take a few days before we can get back to you.
