The living room has plenty of space, and opens out onto a large private back yard, with its own barbeque facility.
The bedroooms of these two units have a queen sized bed. The ensuites, as with all units, have their own washing machines.

Above are photos of the most sought after unit, the "Granny Flat". This unit is as you can see a one bedroom unit with a huge king size bed, and has a walk in wardrobe in the bedroom.
The ensuite, as with all units, has its own washing machine.
The all electric kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator, a microwave oven and all cutlery and crockery. You can see the bedroom with the lamp on to the right of the kitchen.
The living room is very cozy with the large bookshelf and television, and has a beautiful outlook onto the garden outside.
The "Granny Flat" is ideal for both the single traveler and the romantic couple, and the best part is the price. Please inquire and ask the going rate.
