The Chiltern Colonial Motor Inn and Restaurant is situated on the main road into Chiltern from the Hume Highway exit. It is a quiet, peaceful motel which is less than 1 kilometre from the Hume Highway, and approximately 30 kms from both Wangaratta and Albury/ Wodonga.

Drive into our motel and inspect the features so often overlooked in the inner city motels. The Motel is only a few hundred metres from the main Shopping and Town Centre, where you can while away the hours re living a time gone past in this historic township.

Chiltern is surrounded by the Chiltern Box Ironbark National Park, which is home to over 200 species of birds, four of them on the endangered list. This makes Chiltern the mecca for birdwatchers in southern Australia.

There are 14 very spacious units, all with queen sized beds, colour TV and air conditioning. The motel has a disabled unit.
