Above you can see the bathroom with the double spa bath. Both cottages have these double spas.

As a unique feature, in the bathrooms of both cottages the lavatory has been built with an old fashioned toilet door to blend in with the period decorations.

Above you can see an overhead train passenger luggage rack. This rack was used in the Sydney to Melbourne train, the Southern Aurora. Its history is recorded in the cottage.

Both cottages have wooden balcony / verandahs, which have views over the duck pond and adjoining fields.

Guests are invited to swim in the beautifully landscaped pool.

Guests may also stroll along the garden paths, taking in the large array of flowers and shrubs, the many garden ornaments and the garden rotunda.

Colby Cottages are located at Wooragee, on the main Wodonga to Beechworth road, next to the alpaca farm.

They are located approximately half way between the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth.

Colby Cottages are 1.5 kms from the Wooragee School, 5.5 kms from the Yackandandah turnoff, and 13 kms from the Beechworth Post Office.

The tariff is     1 night        $170.00

                       2 nights       $150.00 per night

                       3 nights       $150.00 for fist two nights

                                           with 50% discount on third night

                                           ( long weekends exempt )

                       7 nights       $150.00 per night for the first 6 nights

                                            with the seventh night Free.

Includes breakfast starter pack, including provisions for cooked breakfast, and complimentary chocolates, port and marshmallows, especially for the open fire.
